My sister recommended this pad, and I always take her precision, deep-dive research seriously. She swears by it and now so do I. No matter where I use it, I feel the relief. Shoulders, neck, back, legs…ok, I’ll stop naming body parts. My only wish would be for a shorter elastic band for securing, or at least an adjustable one for legs, ankles, feet, and arms or even my neck. I guess I didn’t stop naming body parts. Highly recommend. Totally worth it!!!

I have been using photonic light therapy now for probably almost 20 years and have bought various products over the years for my whole family. I got the hand held unit from Novaalab and was so impressed with how much easier it was to sort of set it and forget it on spots that might be difficult to reach, when I saw the pad I ordered a few of them for family but lastly for me. I few weeks ago my left arm hurt so badly that I couldn't straighten it out OR bring it up to my mouth with a fork to eat so I used the light pad. Used it again in the morning and by later in the morning, all the pain was gone! Amazing! I do realize though, if you have something that is chronic, it will take much longer so don't give up. It took a long time to develop in some cases and will take repeated treatments daily over some period of time.

I did my research on Google Scholar, reading many research papers/studies and such there. I developed a list of specifications from the common threads of the research I read, then began to try to find a company producing products that fell within those specifications. I bought 2 pads. I have venous insufficiency.. for 5 years. Wear medical compression stockings. I have tried another company's device and it was older..and hand held. Not too convenient for my needs. In 5 years ..the improvements in different types of sizes...and flat pads??!! Awesome! I looked at many many types for a couple weeks before deciding on Novaalab. WOW is all I can say! My legs will take awhile, I'm sure. I have 78% circulation loss in one leg. I went to a doc 6 weeks ago... they told me 10,000$ for a year...to do infrared in my home. Are you KIDDING? I fully intended to wait until I had used the pad for 4 weeks to give an honest review, but my results are pretty amazing. I ordered the pad because of hip and leg pain I was having, bad enough that walking was difficult. I have been using the pad for a little over 2 weeks and my leg pain has improved dramatically. I use the pulse feature for 30 minutes on my back and 30 minutes on my hip each day. My only complaint is that the directions that come with the unit could be more detailed. I had to stumble along in figuring out how to connect it. Overall, a great product!
