I have been struggling with shoulder pain and decreased range of motion in both shoulders since May of this year. It became worse the weeks leading into the total hip replacement surgery I had in mid July. I don’t like anything stronger than Tylenol for pain and began researching natural options for relief. I also use non transdermal phototherapy patches by Lifewave which have helped. I bought the mat and began using it about 2 weeks ago. I started slow 50% and 10 minutes twice a day. I increased it to 100%/20 minutes twice per day about 4 days ago. I am experiencing more relief now. I have been accumulating inflammation related to an autoimmune disorder and I know it takes time for the body to rid itself of it. I will remain patient knowing the pain may never go away, but just having enough relief to be functional is enough for me! I thank God for this technology and the minds that He created that developed it.

This product works beautifully and gives relief after after a few applications. I suggest that you read the directions on types of issues so you can use the best settings for your pain. . My only complaint is that it’s very stiff and does not bend easily to go around an ankle or in a neck . However, I am so happy with the results it gives that I ordered the Extra-Strength Haealing Laser to get into and around those small areas. I strongly suggest that a potential buyer give a lot of thought as to where and how you wish to use it.
