We got our pad because my husband had shoulder surgery and we wanted to enhance his recovery. It’s so happened that he also twisted his knee within the first week of his surgery. He regularly applied the pad to his knee, starting about a week and a half ago. It went from being pretty significant pain to now being at zero.. I don’t know if there’s a direct correlation, but they’re sure seems to be.
