I’m a 78 year old retired ski school/ski racing director. I bought the device after reading about Aleksander Aamodt Kilde’s (Norwegian speed event skier) use of red light therapy after a serious downhill crash. I started 4 years of D-2 college football and was well acquainted with the training room healing devices, mostly ultra sound at the time, but I didn’t know what to expect with the Novaalab pad and was prepared to wait out the listed 4 weeks for improvement.
