I bought a Novaa Glow Therapy Mask and love it. I use it at least 5/week for 30 minites. I am a senior lady and really needed something to help with fine lines,wrinkles and dark sp !ots 1on my face . This Mask did it. And now I am using it for more attention to those problem areas. About 3 weeks ago the controller began not to function properly. I called Novaalab customer service and asked for a new controller. Because I am not tech savvy they helped me very kindly to fulfill requirements for a replacements, which i received today. Outstanding service, outstanding generosity, outstanding kindness. I have also bought 2 Novaa pads for pain , and use it whenever I get an ache or pain. I gave one to my daughter who loves it too.
