I am a 71 year old female. I have had 4 spine surgeries in the last 4 years and am fused from T5 to the pelvis. I have severe neuropathy in my legs, feet, arms, and hands. I have been using the light pad twice daily, 25 minutes each on my legs, back and shoulders. I am feeling some very subtle relief. Hopefully, I will feel more relief as I use it more. I have used many iterations of this novaalab device. The first was black and thick and prone to the same problems as the products that come from China. The next ones looked like the photo above and featured the same great options for selecting the specific blink pattern and energy output, but the connection between the pad and the cord was still a push and screw connection. And it was very prone to overheating and shorting at that point. Now they have a high tech connection at that point. It does not require any retightening of the connection, and it looks like it will be much more stable than any previous model. I've used my pad for a few months, and so far so good.

"I have inflammation inside my tibia, in the bone marrow at the end of the titanium rod in my shin. I've been using the Novaalab infrared pad daily for 2 weeks and already have much relief.
