I subsequently ordered and received the power pack so I don’t have o plug it in whenever I want to use it. I first experienced it at my PT and rehab facility. They are very meticulous about the equipment they use. So, I ordered and received one and am very happy with it. My title tells it all, in that it’s too soon to fully evaluate the effect it’s having on my “failed” knee replacement. I can say that stiffness and swelling seem to be better and will hopefully continue to be so. Also, I can say that I have never dealt with a company that was so diligent in follow up and communication with a client. Great company!
