    My husband and I have been using the NovaaLab therapy pad for 3 months now for hip pain and foot pain with excellent results. My husband has a 35-year-old injury to his foot that he has had to take prescription anti-inflammatories for off and on over the years.     I was skeptical about this really working, yet hopeful. My chronic low back pain and sciatica pain has been with me for 47 years with my 3rd pregnancy, at varying levels. I've done various treatments: chiropractor, acupuncture, sauna, massage, Epsom salt baths etc., but a month ago I did something while working in my garden that was causing extreme pain, making walking difficult and painful, which the chiro didn't help or anything else I tried. So, with a 60 day "trial" with a refund possible I decided to give this a try. Wow! After 3 uses my pain was 70% less and I was moving around almost normal, free of my typical ice pack or heat pack attached to my back! After a week of using I feel really good. I personally like the pulsing setting as it feels warm and soothing. I'm excited to see what happens after 3-4 weeks! Obviously, when your pain is for the most part gone, you feel good!!

    I did a lot of research online about the benefits of red light therapy and decided to try the Novvalab Deep Healing Pad to help with recovery from a major back surgery in November 2021.   • Maintain a steady breathing rhythm—inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth.
  • Use quick, efficient strides instead of long, overreaching steps.
  • Try to land lightly on the middle of your foot, right under your body. This reduces impact, improves efficiency, and helps you keep a smoother stride.
What to avoid
  • Slouching your shoulders. This can restrict your lungs.
  • Don’t skip your warm-up – running cold increases injury risk. Do drills or dynamic stretches first.
  • Starting at too fast of a pace and not being able to maintain it.
Recovery Tips
Use red light therapy on calves and knees for 15–20 minutes post-run. I would also recommend stretching your hamstrings, calves, and hip flexors. Make sure you also rehydrate and refuel!
